1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, following up with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.

1. Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
2. Previous retail stock management experience.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
4. Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.

$31/hr plus Super, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
