Sephora Stockroom Manager

1. Ensure accurate and appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
2. Conduct scheduled cycle counts and make informed stock adjustments.
3. Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
4. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team.
5. Implement continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
6. Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization.
7. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
8. Process and replenish stock arrivals and manage returns efficiently.
9. Liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.

1. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.

2. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
3. Ability to maintain a positive team culture through feedback and career development.

Minimum 3 years of retail stock management experience.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
