Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Ensure accurate and appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts and make informed stock adjustments.
- Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
- Process and replenish stock arrivals and manage returns efficiently.
- Liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.
- Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
- Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes up to 15kg.
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive team culture through feedback and career development.
Minimum 3 years of retail stock management experience.
$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
