Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Oversee and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stock shortages.
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts and make informed decisions on stock adjustments.
- Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and minimize shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as needed.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
- Process and replenish incoming stock and manage returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.
- Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, for data interpretation and reporting.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and shifting of boxes up to 15kg.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Previous experience in retail stock management is required, with a focus on cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
