1. Oversee and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stock shortages.
2. Conduct scheduled cycle counts and make informed decisions on stock adjustments.
3. Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and minimize shrinkage loss.
4. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as needed.
5. Implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
6. Serve as the primary contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
7. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
8. Process and replenish incoming stock and manage returns efficiently.
9. Collaborate with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.

1. Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Physical fitness to handle lifting and shifting of boxes up to 15kg.

Previous experience in retail stock management is required, with a focus on cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.

$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
