1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
2. Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and minimize shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with the Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making informed stock decisions.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate returns with external stakeholders.

1. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to handle lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.
4. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail stock management or a related field.

$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
