1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments and avoid out-of-stock SKUs.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Consistently monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and partnership with the Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions as needed.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.

1. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting, is required.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
