Stockroom Manager

1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels.
4. Implement continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration with management and supply chain teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals and manage returns.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.

1. Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
2. Previous retail stock management experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
4. Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting boxes up to 15kg.

2. Strong client service and experiential retail skills.
3. Ability to maintain a positive and strong workplace culture.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
