1. Ensure accurate and appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
2. Conduct scheduled cycle counts to identify stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock situations.
3. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
4. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team as necessary.
5. Implement continuous improvement practices in collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
6. Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
7. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
8. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
9. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.

1. Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
2. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
4. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.

$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
