Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Ensure accurate and appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts to identify stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team as necessary.
- Implement continuous improvement practices in collaboration with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
- Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
- Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.
- Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
- Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
- Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong workplace culture.
- Effective communication and training skills.
Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.
$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
