Sephora Stockroom Manager

- Own and execute regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations to maintain accurate on‑hand inventory and avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Interpret inventory and sales data to identify shrinkage risks, negative stock levels and trends; implement corrective actions in partnership with Store and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage receipt, processing and replenishment of incoming stock, including returns and coordination with external carriers and distribution partners.
- Train and coach store teams on back‑of‑house procedures, shrinkage prevention, stock handling and store returns policies.
- Support product launches and in‑store merchandising by ensuring marketing collateral and stock are stored and deployed correctly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Senior Management, Supply Chain and Planning to meet operational and commercial KPIs.
- Make ad‑hoc stock allocation and retrieval decisions to support store trading; maintain accurate daily inventory reporting for leadership.
- Minimum three years’ retail stock or inventory management experience, ideally in beauty or luxury retail.
- Proven experience with cycle counts, stock forecasting, visual merchandising coordination, and managing profit & loss related to inventory.
- Demonstrated people management or team coaching experience within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and SAP is highly desirable.
- Physical capability to lift and move stock items (up to ~15 kg) and work a 38‑hour rotating roster including weekends.

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on retail inventory/stockroom management with responsibility for cycle counts, shrinkage reduction, stock forecasting and people management; experience in beauty or luxury retail preferred.
Certificate III in Retail or equivalent vocational qualification preferred; tertiary study in Supply Chain, Business or Logistics advantageous.
