Sephora Stockroom Manager

1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels, making confident stock decisions.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for returns.

1. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
4. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail stock management.

$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and weekend & public holiday loading.
