- Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments.
- Utilize and interpret data and reports to reduce shrinkage loss.
- Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with management and supply chain teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels.
- Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
- Process and replenish stock arrivals and manage returns.
- Liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.
- Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
- Previous retail stock management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
- Suitable level of physical fitness for lifting boxes up to 15kg.
- Data interpretation and reporting.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and managing profit & loss of stock levels.
Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
