1. Oversee and manage stock levels to ensure accurate inventory and meet customer demand.
2. Conduct scheduled cycle counts and make informed stock adjustments to prevent out-of-stock situations.
3. Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and minimize shrinkage loss.
4. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as necessary.
5. Implement continuous improvement practices in partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
6. Serve as the primary contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions.
7. Train and educate team members on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
8. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and coordinate with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.

1. Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts and sales forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.

Previous retail stock management experience is required, with a focus on cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.

Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
