1. Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock situations.
2. Utilize and interpret data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
3. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, coordinating with the store team as necessary.
4. Implement continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with the Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
5. Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making confident stock decisions as needed.
6. Train and educate the team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Process and replenish stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
8. Retrieve necessary stock from the shop floor and coordinate with external stakeholders for return pick-ups.

1. Willingness to work a 38-hour rotating roster to support store needs.

1. Previous retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Physical fitness to lift and shift boxes weighing up to 15kg.
4. Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
5. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting, is required.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
