1. Ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand and store requirements.
2. Drive scheduled cycle counts and make informed stock adjustments.
3. Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
4. Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, collaborating with the store team as needed.
5. Implement continuous improvement strategies in partnership with Senior Management, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
6. Serve as the point of contact for stock distribution and organization.
7. Train and educate team members on shrinkage and back-of-house policies.
8. Process and replenish stock arrivals and manage returns efficiently.
9. Liaise with external stakeholders for stock pick-up and returns.

1. Previous retail stock management experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
3. Physical fitness to handle lifting boxes up to 15kg.

Previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, and sales forecasting.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
