Sephora Stock Room Specialist

1. Oversee the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse area.
2. Ensure efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and sales floor.
3. Manage inventory monitoring and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
4. Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability.
5. Coordinate timely reordering of goods with the Supply Chain department.
6. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines.
7. Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control.
8. Collaborate with the store team to support product launches and promotions.
9. Assist with stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
10. Prepare products for sale, including labeling and sorting.
11. Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels.
12. Maintain cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and sales floor.
13. Manage shrinkage through proper storage and adherence to Sephora Audit procedures.
14. Support and execute regular inventory counts.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
2. Hands-on mentality and dynamic work approach.
3. Fluency in English or native language of the country.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is an advantage.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
6. Open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum of 3 years in stockroom or operations management.
