1. Manage the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse area.
2. Ensure efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and sales floor.
3. Maintain optimal warehouse management, including inventory monitoring and cleanliness.
4. Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability.
5. Coordinate timely reordering of goods with the Supply Chain department.
6. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines.
7. Develop personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes.
8. Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control.
9. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
10. Support the stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
11. Prepare products for sale, including labeling and sorting.
12. Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels.
13. Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
14. Assist with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions.
15. Manage shrinkage through proper storage and adherence to Sephora Audit procedures.
16. Support and execute regular inventory counts.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
2. Hands-on mentality and dynamic work approach.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is advantageous.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations, with a completed 3-year training in logistics or equivalent.
