- Supervise and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organization, safety procedures, and inventory management.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, with a strong ability to oversee stock operations and coach staff.
