1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors Operations and store staff on stock organisation, safety procedures, and inventory management.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee accurate inventory control and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
4. Monitor loss prevention protocols and conduct regular stock audits.
5. Optimize stockroom procedures and collaborate with the store team to meet customer demand.
6. Assist in new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
