Sephora Stock Controller

- Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
- Ensure store maintenance and manage damaged or expired products according to company policy.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in operations team meetings as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and organization in the stockroom, including storage areas like lockers, kitchen, and restroom.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for satisfactory audit results.
- Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
- Ensure store security standards are maintained.
- Comply with LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines.
- Address discrepancies in receipt processes as per procedures.
- Update product and tool information as per company standards.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing additional inventory.
- Adjust stock as needed for shipping requirements.
- Maintain updated organization and signage in the stockroom.
- Communicate service needs and oversee maintenance.
- Store maintenance materials appropriately.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
- Seek additional training when necessary.
- Previous experience as a stock controller is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
- Logical reasoning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Proactivity
Beginner-level experience in stock management or related fields is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
