1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
5. Maintain store upkeep and cleanliness.
6. Execute the process for damaged and expired products in accordance with company policies.
7. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
9. Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on procedures.
10. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
11. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Maintain security and organization standards in the backstage areas including stockroom, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
13. Continuously contribute to best practices for satisfactory audit results.
14. Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
15. Ensure store security standards are maintained.
16. Adhere to the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience as a stock controller is desirable.
2. Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

1. Logical reasoning skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is desirable.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.

Previous experience in stock management or a related administrative field is preferred.

Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
