1. Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate product transfers between stores.
3. Oversee the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct regular inventory audits.
5. Maintain stock organization following the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method.
6. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness.
7. Manage the process of handling damaged and expired products according to company policy.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
9. Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
10. Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on procedures.
11. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
12. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
13. Maintain security and organization in the stockroom and other store areas.
14. Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
15. Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
16. Ensure store security standards are maintained.
17. Follow the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
18. Ensure timely receipt and transfer of goods.
19. Follow procedures for discrepancies in received goods.
20. Update product and tool records as per company standards.
21. Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing items in the stockroom.
22. Adjust stock to accommodate shipments.
23. Keep stock organization and signage updated.
24. Report service needs and oversee maintenance.
25. Store maintenance materials appropriately.
26. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.

1. Previous experience in stock management is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred

Beginner level experience in stock management or related fields is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
