Sephora Stock Controller

- Ensure the efficient receipt of merchandise.
- Facilitate product transfers between stores.
- Oversee the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Maintain stock organization following the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method.
- Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage the process of handling damaged and expired products according to company policy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld by the team.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and organization in the stockroom and other store areas.
- Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
- Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
- Ensure store security standards are maintained.
- Follow the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
- Ensure timely receipt and transfer of goods.
- Follow procedures for discrepancies in received goods.
- Update product and tool records as per company standards.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing items in the stockroom.
- Adjust stock to accommodate shipments.
- Keep stock organization and signage updated.
- Report service needs and oversee maintenance.
- Store maintenance materials appropriately.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.
- Previous experience in stock management is preferred.
- Experience in administrative roles is desirable.
- Logical reasoning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Proactivity
Beginner level experience in stock management or related fields is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
