1. Ensure the receipt of merchandise
2. Conduct product transfers between stores
3. Manage the return process of merchandise
4. Perform inventory counts
5. Maintain stock organization using FEFO (First Expired, First Out)
6. Ensure store maintenance
7. Handle damaged and expired products according to company policy
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment
9. Ensure confidentiality of information
10. Participate in operations team meetings as required
11. Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained by the team
12. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures
13. Maintain safety and organization standards in the backstage areas
14. Contribute to best practices for satisfactory audit results
15. Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager
16. Ensure store security standards are maintained
17. Follow the LVMH group code of ethics and conduct
18. Ensure timely receipt and transfer of merchandise
19. Follow procedures for discrepancies in receipt
20. Update products and tools as per company standards
21. Ensure the store is fully stocked before storing items in the stockroom
22. Adjust stock as necessary for shipping
23. Maintain updated stock organization and signage
24. Report service needs and follow up on maintenance
25. Store maintenance materials

1. Previous experience as a stock clerk is desirable
2. Experience in administrative areas is desirable

1. Logical reasoning
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Desirable knowledge in merchandise receipt systems
4. Organization and proactivity

Desirable previous experience as a stock clerk and in administrative areas.

High school diploma or equivalent.
