Sephora Stock Controller

- Ensure the receipt of merchandise and manage product transfers between stores.
- Oversee the return process of goods and conduct inventory checks.
- Maintain stock organization using the FEFO method and ensure store maintenance.
- Manage the process of handling damaged and expired products according to company policy.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Participate in operations team meetings for alignment and ensure cleanliness and organization standards are upheld.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, maintaining backstage safety and organization.
- Contribute to best practices for satisfactory audit results and communicate stock issues to supervisors.
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained and adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
- Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines, and address discrepancies in receipt procedures.
- Update products and tools as per company standards and ensure the store is fully stocked before storage.
- Modify stock as needed for shipping and maintain updated stock organization and signage.
- Report service needs and oversee maintenance, storing maintenance materials appropriately.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as necessary.
- Previous experience as a stock controller is desirable.
- Experience in administrative areas is preferred.
- Logical reasoning and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable knowledge of merchandise receipt systems.
- Organization and proactivity.
- Ability to communicate verbally with staff clearly.
- Physical effort is required, along with availability and flexibility.
- Adherence to dress code.
Desirable previous experience in stock management and administrative roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
