1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct regular inventory checks.
5. Maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
6. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness.
7. Handle damaged and expired products according to company policy.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
9. Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
10. Participate in operations meetings for alignment.
11. Ensure team adherence to cleanliness and organizational standards.
12. Implement and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
13. Maintain safety and organization standards in all backstage areas.
14. Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
15. Report stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
16. Ensure store safety standards are upheld.
17. Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience in stock management is desirable.
2. Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receipt systems is desirable.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.

Previous experience in stock management or a related administrative field is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
