Sephora Stock Associate

1. Ensure the receipt and processing of merchandise shipments.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Manage the return process of goods to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory checks and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
5. Maintain store upkeep and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
6. Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
7. Participate in operations meetings for alignment and improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with Sephora's policies and procedures.
9. Communicate stock issues to the store supervisor or manager.
10. Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.

1. Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with merchandise receiving systems is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills and proactivity.

Entry-level experience in stock management or administrative roles is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
