1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate the transfer of products between stores.
3. Oversee the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
5. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld.
6. Manage the process for damaged and expired products according to company policy.
7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
8. Safeguard the confidentiality of information.
9. Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on store operations.
10. Ensure adherence to Sephora's policies and procedures.
11. Maintain security and organization standards in the stockroom and other areas.
12. Communicate stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.

1. Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is desirable.
4. Strong organizational and proactive skills.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
