1. Ensure the accurate receipt of merchandise.
2. Facilitate product transfers between stores.
3. Manage the return process of merchandise to the distribution center.
4. Conduct inventory counts and maintain stock organization using the FEFO method.
5. Ensure store maintenance and cleanliness.
6. Handle damaged and expired products in accordance with company policy.
7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
8. Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information.
9. Participate in operations team meetings for alignment on procedures.
10. Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards across the team.
11. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Ensure safety and organization standards in the stockroom and other areas.
13. Contribute to best practices for successful audit outcomes.
14. Report stock issues to the supervisor or store manager.
15. Adhere to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
16. Manage stock receipt and transfers within deadlines.
17. Address discrepancies in stock receipts as per procedures.
18. Update product and tool information as per company standards.
19. Ensure the store is stocked before storing excess in the stockroom.
20. Adjust stock as needed for shipment accommodation.
21. Maintain updated stock organization and signage.
22. Report and oversee maintenance needs.
23. Store maintenance materials appropriately.
24. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
25. Seek additional training as needed.

1. Previous experience as a stock associate is preferred.
2. Experience in administrative roles is desirable.

1. Logical reasoning.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Knowledge of merchandise receiving systems is preferred.
4. Organizational skills and proactivity.

Beginner-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with prior stockroom experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.
