1. Support the store director and specialists in daily operations.
2. Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, adapting to strategic changes and new action plans.
3. Foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and creating a positive work environment.
4. Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
5. Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing merchandise.
6. Facilitate the movement of goods within the store.
7. Manage inventory and verify stock levels.

1. Previous experience in similar roles such as Stock Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. High school diploma.

1. Knowledge of key retail KPIs.
2. Proficiency in PC usage and main software applications.
3. Agility, dynamism, and flexibility.
4. Strong results orientation.
5. High team collaboration skills.
6. Organizational abilities.
7. Physical stamina and stress resilience.
8. Good command of English.

Previous experience in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments is preferred.
