1. Support the store director and specialists in daily operations.
2. Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes.
3. Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
4. Organize and manage stockroom and deliveries.
5. Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
6. Handle merchandise movement within the store.
7. Manage inventory and verify stock levels.

1. Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Understanding of key retail KPIs.
3. High school diploma.

1. Proficiency in computer use and main software applications.
2. Agility, dynamism, and flexibility.
3. Strong result-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent teamwork abilities.
5. Organizational skills.
6. Physical stamina and stress resilience.
7. Good command of the English language.

Previous experience in roles such as Stock Assistant or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail settings.
