- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
- Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
- Work closely with the management team to prioritize stock replenishment tasks.
- Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
- Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces like the cash area and gift wrap.
- Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and exceeding customer needs.
- Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities.
- Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.
- Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
