1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently.
3. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
4. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
5. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
6. Work closely with the management team to prioritize stock replenishment tasks.
7. Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
8. Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as necessary.
9. Assist in the implementation of merchandising plans and promotional displays.
10. Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces like the cash area and gift wrap.
12. Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and exceeding customer needs.
13. Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities.
14. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.
15. Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
