1. Support the store manager and specialists in daily operations.
2. Actively contribute to achieving store goals and adapting to new strategies.
3. Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
4. Organize and manage stockroom and deliveries.
5. Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
6. Move merchandise within the store.
7. Manage inventory and verify stock levels.

1. Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in dynamic multinational retail environments.
2. Knowledge of key retail KPIs.
3. High school diploma.

1. Proficiency in PC use and main software.
2. Agility, dynamism, and flexibility.
3. Strong result orientation.
4. Excellent teamwork abilities.
5. Organizational skills.
6. Physical stamina and stress resilience.
7. Good command of English.

Previous experience in similar roles within dynamic multinational retail environments is preferred.
