1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently.
3. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
4. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
5. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
6. Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
7. Assist in handling product recalls and returns in compliance with company policies.
8. Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
9. Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and understanding customer needs.
10. Collaborate with store associates to understand stock needs and priorities.
11. Support the setup of new store openings by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
7. Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
