1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
3. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
5. Restock products on the sales floor and maintain appealing product displays.
6. Assist in handling product recalls and returns in compliance with company policies.
7. Accurately process customer transactions and adhere to cash procedures.
8. Foster client loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
9. Collaborate with store associates to understand stock needs and priorities.
10. Support the setup of new store openings by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

1. Prior experience in store operations, cash handling, or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, cash handling, or related roles is preferred.
