- Oversee client services and experience across the Victoria district to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of Store Managers and an Area Manager to achieve district KPIs and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with field operations and support office teams to implement company initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and innovation.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to Sephora policies across all stores.
- Partner with Inventory Control Leads and marketing teams to optimize inventory and in-store activations.
- Foster development opportunities for retail team members and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR issues at the store level.
- Previous senior area or district manager experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years in retail management.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
