- Drive education and training in both classroom settings and in-store environments across Victoria, South Australia, and Canberra.
- Plan, coordinate, communicate, deliver, and assess Sephora and brand-specific training programs.
- Collaborate with District Managers and Store Management Teams to enhance training effectiveness.
- Develop tailored coaching plans for store teams and track learning outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora's concept, culture, and compliance with objectives and policies.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and gaps in education and capability.
- Maintain and report training engagement through session attendance, LMS data, and in-store training overviews.
- Assist in the recruitment process by assessing category skills.
- Execute store e-learning schedules and deliver leadership and soft skills coaching.
- Certificate IV in Adult Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Retail, Skin, Colour, or Fragrance are highly desirable.
- Experience in retail or sales training is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in learning content creation and design is highly desirable.
- Mandatory previous experience in retail.
- Open availability for interstate travel as required.
- Basic makeup application skills are required.
- Experience in adult training and coaching with an understanding of adult learning principles.
- Strong coordination and delivery skills for training programs.
- Ability to develop and maintain brand partner relationships.
- Proficient in coaching and following up on training initiatives.
- Analytical skills to assess KPIs and identify training needs.
- Influencing and lateral leadership skills to drive educational outcomes.
- Proficiency in maintaining and reporting training engagement data.
Previous experience in retail is mandatory, with a strong preference for those with retail or sales training experience. Experience in learning content creation and design is also highly desirable.
Certificate IV in Adult Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
