1. Oversee all aspects of the client experience and service offerings within the store.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations to enhance client interactions.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
5. Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain company standards.
7. Engage with brand representatives to ensure effective training and product knowledge transfer.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
