1. Manage all aspects of the client experience and services at a specific Sephora store location.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are adequately trained and utilizing technology innovations to enhance client services.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing.
5. Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain company standards on the sales floor.
7. Coordinate with brand representatives to ensure effective training and engagement with beauty advisors.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
