1. Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including beauty classes and events.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained in leveraging technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
5. Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining company standards and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
7. Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching from brand representatives.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
