- Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including beauty classes and events.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
- Ensure beauty advisors are trained in leveraging technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
- Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining company standards and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
- Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching from brand representatives.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proficiency in managing client services and operations.
- Ability to execute training and development programs.
Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
