1. Manage all aspects of the client experience and services within the store.
2. Oversee the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and utilizing technology innovations.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services and classes.
5. Execute training for new hires and existing team members.
6. Support visual merchandising and maintain sales floor standards.
7. Engage with brand representatives and provide feedback on training.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven ability to build and develop effective teams.

1. Strong leadership and team development abilities.
2. Proficiency in managing client services and experiences.
3. Effective communication and influence across business levels.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 and CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
