1. Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including classes and events.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services and classes.
5. Execute training for new hires and existing team members.
6. Support visual merchandising and maintain sales floor standards.
7. Engage with store brands and ensure effective brand representative training.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
