1. Oversee all aspects of client experience, services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective service delivery.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations to enhance client interactions.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and staffing levels.
5. Execute training programs for beauty advisors, including orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
7. Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training by brand representatives.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders to drive sales and client service.

2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Strong team leadership and development capabilities.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
