Sephora Stage Experience Manager

1. Oversee the client experience and manage all services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Support client service and sales floor standards while leading the team in service-related areas.
3. Develop and train beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles.
4. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
5. Ensure beauty advisors are trained in technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
6. Administer the Services online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
7. Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
8. Support visual merchandising and ensure sales floor organization and replenishment.
9. Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training with store brands.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
