Sephora Stage Experience Manager

- Oversee the client experience and manage all services, classes, and events within the store.
- Support client service and sales floor standards while leading the team in service-related areas.
- Develop and train beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles.
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure beauty advisors are trained in technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
- Administer the Services online reservation system and ensure efficient client check-in processes.
- Execute training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure sales floor organization and replenishment.
- Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training with store brands.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
