Sephora Stage Experience Manager

1. Oversee all aspects of client experience and services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective training and management of Coordinators.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained in and utilize technology innovations to enhance in-store experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing.
5. Conduct training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising by maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
7. Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching by brand representatives.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
