- Manage all aspects of the client experience and services within the store, including classes and events.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring effective management and service delivery.
- Train and develop beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles, ensuring they leverage technology innovations.
- Manage the Services online reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing levels.
- Execute training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
- Ensure effective engagement with store brands and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and developing talented store leaders.
