1. Oversee all aspects of client experience and services within the store, including managing beauty, skin, and fragrance studios.
2. Develop and train beauty advisors and senior artistry and skincare roles to ensure high standards of service.
3. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and optimal staffing levels.
4. Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing team members, focusing on orientation and selling model training.
5. Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain company standards and execute merchandising flips.
6. Engage with brand representatives to ensure effective training and coaching of store staff.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, attracting and nurturing talent to drive sales and enhance client service.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at various levels.
3. Strong team-building and leadership capabilities.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
