1. Manage all aspects of client experience and services in a specific store location.
2. Oversee the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained in technology innovations to enhance in-store experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services and classes.
5. Execute training for beauty advisors, including new hires and existing team members.
6. Support visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor organization.
7. Engage with store brands and ensure effective training by brand representatives.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
