Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the client experience and services in a specific Sephora store location.
- Support client service, sales floor standards, and team leadership.
- Oversee the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio and beauty classes.
- Develop beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles.
- Ensure Coordinators, Beauty Studio are trained to manage the Studio effectively.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store experiences.
- Manage the Services online reservation system.
- Execute training for beauty advisors and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain sales floor standards.
- Engage with store brands and provide feedback on brand training.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop teams.
