- Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including beauty classes and events.
- Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
- Ensure beauty advisors utilize technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage the services online reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing.
- Execute training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
- Ensure effective engagement with store brands and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.
