- Manage all aspects of client experience and services in the store.
- Oversee the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio operations.
- Ensure beauty advisors are trained and leveraging technology innovations.
- Manage the services online reservation system and staffing levels.
- Execute training for new hires and existing team members.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain sales floor standards.
- Engage with store brands and provide feedback on brand training.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to create and develop effective teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in client service and sales floor standards.
- Ability to manage and train staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Two to four years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
