1. Manage all aspects of client experience and services, classes, and events within the store.
2. Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are effectively trained.
3. Utilize technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in processes.
5. Execute training programs for beauty advisors, including new hires and existing team members.
6. Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining sales floor standards.
7. Facilitate vendor management, ensuring effective engagement with store brands and feedback on training effectiveness.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
