1. Oversee the sales floor operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Coach and develop a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors.
3. Execute training sessions for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
4. Respond promptly to client feedback and address issues effectively.
5. Manage in-store events in collaboration with the Beauty Services team.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain company standards.
7. Ensure effective vendor management and brand engagement.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
2. Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve goals.
3. Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.
4. Ability to identify and develop in-store talent.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

A minimum of 2-4 years in a management role within the beauty, retail, or customer service industry, or equivalent internal experience.
