1. Oversee all aspects of client experience and services in the store, including beauty classes and events.
2. Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
3. Ensure beauty advisors are trained in leveraging technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
4. Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing.
5. Execute training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model sessions.
6. Support visual merchandising by maintaining sales floor standards and executing merchandising flips.
7. Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching by brand representatives.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at various levels.
3. Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders.

Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
