Sephora Stage Experience Manager

- Oversee the success of the sales floor, known as the 'Stage', by coaching and developing a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors.
- Train new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
- Respond promptly to client feedback, addressing issues from Sephora’s feedback tools and direct interactions.
- Manage in-store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring proper planning and staffing.
- Assist the Operations team in maintaining merchandising standards and a clean, organized sales floor.
- Ensure effective engagement with store brands and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve company goals.
- Strong managerial courage and composure for handling challenging conversations.
- Ability to identify and develop in-store talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on enhancing client experience.
2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
